REVA Career Development Centre (CDC) assists students in choosing the right career path through interest mapping and training from partnered experts and imbibing skills so that they are well equipped during the transition from campus to corporate. Trainings are well-structured and meticulously designed in collaboration with domain experts.
In-house counselling, motivational talks and workshops from industry veterans, and training students in new technologies which meet the needs of recruiters. Conducting placement boot camps is one of the innovative approaches that has resulted in REVA achieving elevated number of placements in consecutive academic years. Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) constituted by CDC with its members being the veterans from the industry, assists in adapting to new requirements and dealing with challenges. CDC also recognizes and encourages students to become entrepreneurs, continue family businesses, and serve in government positions. REVA is empaneled with 350+ recurring recruiters who hire talents from REVA. CDC assists students in obtaining dream packages by providing international placement assistance.
