Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics programme must have successfully completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours), B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours), or B.Sc. Food and Nutrition in regular mode from a recognized university.
The programme is of two years duration, including three months of internship/clinical training, and follows a semester system.
Note: As per the clarification issued by the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP), for postgraduate programmes under the approved curricula, any degree that is considered equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in the corresponding discipline shall remain a valid qualification for admission until the first batch admitted in the academic year 2026–27 completes the respective course/programme.
The M.Sc. Nutrition & Dietetics is a two-year postgraduate program designed to produce skilled professionals in clinical, public health, and therapeutic nutrition. The curriculum blends theory, practical training, research, and field experience, with modules that include nutrigenomics, food science, AI-based dietary assessment, and functional foods.
