- Challenge Valuation - An application form needs to be filled along with fee paid challan should be submitted to school office
- Duplicate Degree Certificate - A Request Form needs to be submitted to school office along with an Affidavit on Rs.50/- stamp paper giving details such as SRN, Month and year of exam, course/Branch Police Complaint to the effect that how the Provisional Degree Certificate was lost and fee paid challan.
- Transcript - A Request Form along with photocopy of grade cards and fee paid challan needs to be submitted to school office.
- Name Correction in Grade Card - A Request Form along with photocopy of SSLC marks card, original grade cards which are to be corrected and fee paid challan needs to be submitted to school office.
- Duplicate Grade Card - A Request Form along with an Affidavit on Rs.50/- stamp paper giving details such as SRN, month and year of exam, course/Branch Police Complaint to the effect that how the grade card was lost and fee paid challan needs to be submitted to school office.
- Consolidated Grade Card - A Request Form needs to be submitted to school office along with photocopy of grade cards in respect of that particular semester and fee paid challan.
