Dr. B. Chandra Sekhar currently working as Technical Lead in Automotive Business Division at TATA Consultancy Services Limited (TCS), Bangalore
Prior to joining TCS, he worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Division, Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bangalore. Subsequently he worked as a R&D Engineer in Solar Division at ABB Group Inc. Bangalore

Dr.Chandra Sekhar, alumni of school of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, gave the insight about automotive electrification, different types of EVs, HEV & EV key components, Battery Management System (BMS), Battery SOC, SOH, DOD & Battery ampere hour, Battery Balancing Issues, EV charging station Requirements, Charging Station Installation and the Research Gaps.
