Biotechnology Immersion Programme Schedule – August 2020

B.Sc. Biotechnology students need to strengthen their basic concepts in Life Science subjects and hence we at REVA University offer B.Sc. Biotechnology Immersion Programme. This programme gives an opportunity for students to explore the concepts related to Life Sciences in a better way and helps them bridge the gap between Pre University and UG learning.
 
Students who usually opt for B.Sc. (BBG) come from basic biology background and find it difficult to understand applied aspects of Biology. Hence this immersion programme helps you cope with the lacunae and move further with confidence to understand the course in the best possible way in future.
 
An overview:

• REVA B.Sc. Biotechnology  Immersion programme is for students who have already enrolled in the course
• The objective of offering the programme is to provide a common platform of beginning for students who come from basic science background.
• The course is designed to provide an insight into the world of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Genetics
• Beginning with introductory session the course will help you to explore the basic concepts of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Genetics.
• The course lays a strong foundation for Life Sciences and bridge gaps between Pre University programme and UG programme. 
• These sessions have been modified to adapt to online teaching and learning in COVID-19 pandemic situation.
• The goal of this course is to provide students with an overview of concepts which will help them gain a better understanding of the curricular engagement later.
• Programme commences from 17th August 2020 and goes up to 27th August 2020.
• E-certificates will be given to all students.
