The Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Emerging Paradigms in Commerce & Management Education” commenced on 8th September 2026 with the objective of enhancing faculty knowledge, teaching competencies, and awareness of emerging trends in commerce and management education. The programme focused on innovative teaching practices, industry-oriented learning, and contemporary developments in higher education. The initiative aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), promoting quality teaching, professional development, innovation, and academic collaboration.
