The School of Computing and IT and ACM Student’s Chapter, in association with Major League Hacking (MLH), USA, organized first ACM MLH Hack Day on 12th Oct. 2019. This Hack Day at REVA University was conducted in parallel with the event world over today in various Universities, Colleges and Organizations.
The event hosted the hands-on sessions from MLH on GitHub, Python and Twilio facilitated by our students as local resource persons. The event was attended by 70 participants including the students from the School of CIT, REVA University, nearby engineering institutes and industry persons. The participants had the chance to win attractive swag from MLH by doing well in quizzes during sessions and the cup stacking game. It is quite a satisfaction to have received excellent feedback from the participants about the sessions during the day.
We thank MLH for their association for this event and convey immense gratitude and admiration to our listed students for excellent coordination and execution of the Hack Day–
