University Industry Interaction Center & REVA NEST in association with Institutions Innovation Council, REVA University organized “Field/Exposure Visit to Pre-incubation units REVA For FAB LAB “on 28th FEB 2022. 
Agenda: Have the participants build a Fab Certificate within 3 hours while bringing awareness of all facilities available at the FAB LAB Batch size: 20-25 participants per batch Following is the agenda for the day: 
First Batch - 9:30am - 12:30pm,
Second Batch - 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
 
Details: 
1. Welcome and introduction to the Fablab - 15 mins 
2. Basic overview (presentation) of facilities available - 15 mins 
3. Hands-on activities for the Fab Certificate - 60 mins 
4. Demonstrations and designs for machines and tools - 60 mins 
5. Introduction to startups and Innovators from WP - 15 mins 
6. Snacks and networking - 15mins 

Each element of the certificate will be made by each participant attending the orientation and will leave with their own unique and custom designed certificate of participation.
Each area of the lab will be stationed by FAB LAB facilitators who will guide the participants on the specific aspect of their certificate and help them achieve the outcome. 
Examples: 
● Logo could be laser engraved 
● Text can be written by the plotter 
● Signatures could be 3D printed 
● Date could be made with Electronics
