School of Management Studies, SAMSIDDHI- HR Club has organized the Ice Breaking Event on Contemporary HR Practices, on 28th of April, 2022. The participant has to showcase their talent in making Ice Breaking Event On Contemporary HR Practices. They came up with creative and innovative idea to solve the HR issues. This event motived students to think in different dimension where they can find innovative and creative ways to solve the various issues in HR. Future HR managers need to learn critical analysis, decision-making capacity, and optimum utilization of resources, this event gives input to the participants.
