Department of Chemistry, School of Applied Sciences, REVA University, Bangalore organized an Industry visit to Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre, Electronic City, Phase-1, Bangalore 560100on December 16th  2022 from 08:30 AM to 4.30 PM as a part of the knowledge sharing and hands on experience to multiple instrumentations for the benefit of students.

Mr. Malathesh and Miss. Urmila A along with staff at BBC received our students and presented a overview of the program at the seminar Hall, BBC, Blr. Dr. Veeranna S, Senior Scientific Officer addressed the students and explained the facilities available at BBC and encouraged our students to participate in the activities to be held at BBC. In continuation, Dr  Jitendra Kumar, Managing Director, Bangalore Bioinnovation Centre (BBC) also addressed our students and gave inspiring talk about the evolution of BBC..  Later they took our students to the labs at BBC. There are nearly 7 Bench Space incubation centres and 7 associate incubates located in the BBC along with individual start-ups. Instructors took our students and showcased all the labs and the facilities available at the BBC and explained the application and handling procedures of the available instruments.
