Introduction to Design Thinking – Activity Based Learning (Ideathon)” for EEE students

The Faculty of Engineering and Technology, School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, REVA University, is organizing an “Introduction to Design Thinking – Activity Based Learning (Ideathon)” for EEE students on 19th and 20th February 2026 at 1:30 PM, to be held at the Amphitheatre, Ground Floor, C V Raman Block. This two-day ideathon is designed to introduce students to the principles and structured methodology of Design Thinking, focusing on empathy-driven problem identification, ideation, prototyping, and solution validation. Through collaborative activities, brainstorming sessions, and real-world problem statements, participants will engage in hands-on learning that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills. The program aims to cultivate a solution-oriented mindset aligned with engineering applications and industry expectations, enabling students to translate ideas into practical and impactful outcomes. This initiative reflects REVA University’s commitment to experiential learning and nurturing innovation among future engineers.
