The Department of Language congratulate Prof. Madhusudhan on receiving the Best Paper Presentation Award at the International Students' Conference titled “Deciphering Knowledge, Culture and Society,” held on 22 October 2026 at Presidency University, Bengaluru.
His research paper examined the representation of queer expressions of love, masculinity, and audience reception in the Tamil film Dorothy (2026). The paper offered insights into the intersections of gender, identity, and cinematic representation.
