The School of Computing and Information Technology and the IIC REVA University organized 2nd Annual School Innovation Day on 29th Feb. 2020.  

The event witnessed three activities all with the aim of fostering a habit of innovation among the faculty members and students -

     1. On this occasion we had Dr. Vivek Venkobarao, Senior Member IEEE, ExeCom Member IEEE-CES and TEMS to speak on “Procuring Research Grants” to the faculty member of the School.  
     2. This was followed by Poster Contest in which the selected posters were presented by our students of 6th and 8th semester.  
     3. On a parallel track, we had a Data Science hackathon – DATAHACK 1.0 in which the students coded some brilliant solutions and derived interesting insights from the data set shared to them. 

We gratefully acknowledge the facilities provided by Hon’ble Chancellor Sir, the support provided by Hon’ble VC Sir, Registrar Sir and other members of senior management. We warmly thank the Director SoCIT, Dr. Sunilkumar S Manvi Sir and senior professors and colleagues for the support extended to us.
