About the Event:
Kalakruthi 2.0 was an event to spread awareness on Architecture and other design disciplines in Reva university to high school students from IX, X, XI, XII, and PU in Bengaluru. The students participated in spot painting, essay writing, and quiz competitions on the theme "Namma Ooru Bengaluru"... For the Love of Bangalore and it was encouraging to see their passion and love for the city.
The quiz competition was conducted by Dr. Shubhi Sonal and Asst.Prof. Roshini M with help of student volunteers. The quiz provoked knowledge of Bengaluru, its history, people, and its present. The mode of conduct was well appreciated by the school students and the prizes were bagged by Vishwa Vidyapeeth students.
The essay writing competition was coordinated by Asst.Prof. Mahima J and Asoci.Prof. Kinjal with help of student volunteers. The juror of the event was an alumna of the school of architecture, Ar. Sarah Oommen Matthew. The competition brought up the essence and many thoughtful essays were brought up by the students. The prizes were bagged by RIPU Kattigenahalli students.
