IRRC, REVA University in association with School of Applied Sciences, Department of Physics organised an RUI-PLS by Prof Vihar P. Georgiev, Professor of Nanoelectronics at University of Glasgow & Quantum Simulation and Business Development Adviser at SemiWise Ltd, Glasgow, Scotland, UK.​

Prof Vihar P. Georgiev, research intrests include Transport in mesoscopic systems, Quantum chemistry, Molecular electronics and sensors, Transition-metal and organometallic chemistry, Material science, Nano-bio sensor and Machine learning and artificial intelligence.​

He spoke on the topic “Simulations of ultra scaled electronic devices with a novel flexible Nano TCAD Nano electronic simulation software (NESS) environment”. The lecture was conducted in online mode on 27th March 2023 at 3.30PM.​
