REVA University has been conducting many outreach activities like ‘Education on Wheels’ and ‘Abhivridhi’. In keeping with REVA’s vision to contribute to Sustainability, we at the ‘The School of Management Studies’ took up the initiative to sensitise the BBA students on the role of Circular Economy.
The Eco Club-Danvantari of The School of Management Studies conducted a weeklong (9th March to 16th March 2026) ‘Sustainability Drive towards a Circular Economy at REVA University’. The aim of the drive was to collect used clothes and stationery for the distribution to the needy and underprivileged. The event was conducted in partnership with Goonj, a nationally renowned Social Entrepreneurship Venture. The drive was able to mobilise 300 plus notebooks, stationery and sizeable collection of clothes for the under privileged. The drive was successfully concluded on 16th March 2026 with a formal handover of the collections to Mr. Nikhil, Logistics manager at Goonj. We were also able to initiate opportunities for BBA students to undertake Volunteering and Internship at Goonj.
