School of Electronics & Communication Engineering, REVA University, Bangalore, In Joint programme with IMAPS (International Microelectronics and Packaging Society) India had organized a Webinar on “New Technologies like AI & ML Driving 5G and Beyond - 6G?” by Dr.M.H.Kori, Former Technical Director, Alcatel-Lucent Technologies, Vice President of IETE on 28th May 2021 from 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM through MS Teams.

About the Webinar
The Webinar was an exploration into adoption of 5G with disruptive technologies like AI, IoT and robotics. With 5G bringing so must possibility in almost every domain, then What’s next 6G? was the discussion.
AI/ML in 5G challenge enables people to connect with others in industry and academia – learn new tools and data resources - to solve real world problems. 6G communication, predicts the researchers, will revolutionise the way we do virtual communication with AR/VR. 6G will help solve large distributed problems where massive connectivity, large data volumes, and ultra-low-latency is required beyond just that of 5G. Beyond the safe and efficient navigation of autonomous vehicles, 6G would allow for the real-time generation and processing of data.
