The forum (for Technical and cultural excellence) of School of C&IT organized Social Outreach Event in association with NCC.
The event was held to aid orphans by offering basic necessities such as books, stationery, school bags, lunch bags, and toys, as well as supplies (rice bags, dal, soap, oil, biscuits, cakes). Student committee members, volunteers and NCC along with teachers and the director of the School of C&IT visited the Mathrushri Orphanage and spent some time with the kids to council and guide them for the future with the help of the translator.
The School of C&IT distributed refreshments to all the kids and handed over all the donations that we received to the orphanage management.
