Overview

A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Major and Minor Specializations is an undergraduate business degree where students focus deeper on one main area (Major) and also study another area in less depth (Minor). It’s designed to give both breadth in general business knowledge and depth in chosen fields. It is a comprehensive undergraduate program designed to provide strong foundational knowledge in business management along with focused expertise in chosen areas of interest. The program combines Core business fundamentals enabling students to become expert in general management field. A Major Specialization, which allows students to gain in-depth knowledge and advanced skills in a primary area of business. A Minor Specialization, offering additional competence in a complementary or interdisciplinary field. This structure ensures both depth and breadth of learning, enabling students to develop analytical, managerial and strategic decision-making skills required in today’s dynamic business environment.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

PEO-1

Graduate after successful completion of the Program will be able to make decision and apply suitable quantitative and qualitative techniques in solving business problems.

PEO-2

Graduates after completion of the program will be able to work with diverse teams and are expected to take up Challenging tasks and take better decisions in complex situations.

PEO-3

Graduates will be able to incorporate social, ethical and moral principles in professional and personal life.

Programme Outcomes (POs)

The School of Management studies was established in the year 2014 and BBA – Honors Program commenced in the year 2016, since then the School has defined Program Outcomes for the courses offered during the Board of Studies meeting. Based on the advice and suggestions of the BOS, EIGHT Program Outcomes have been formulated, keeping in view the Vision, Mission and Program Educational Objectives.
