Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent recognized by the COA with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for the general category and 45 % aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.

Entrance Exam - PGETA by Council of Architecture is mandatory, GATE Score also accepted

Overview

This future-driven postgraduate program is crafted for young architecture professionals passionate about computational design, smart systems, and digital transformation of the built environment. It offers an interdisciplinary mix of theory and practice, blending AI-driven design tools, parametric workflows, digital fabrication, interactive and responsive architectural systems, and real and virtual future Architecture & Built environments.

The curriculum leverages a full spectrum of technologies including Theory and Applications through AI, Programming, Computational Design, Parametric Modelling, Digital Productivity Tools, Digital Fabrication, Immersive Visualization (AR/VR/MR), Digital Twining and Photogrammetric Modelling, IoT and Robotics for responsive design systems.

The program emphasizes real-world applicability through industry-based internships, collaborative research, and international exchange programs with Jade University, Germany and University of Stuttgart. Students will gain exposure to cutting-edge software for simulation, modeling, and construction documentation with embedded intelligence.
