Establishment of a Centre of Excellence on Advanced Concrete Materials and 3D Printable Concrete Technology

The School of Civil Engineering at REVA University is organizing a one-day brainstorming session on the Establishment of a Centre of Excellence on Advanced Concrete Materials and 3D Printable Concrete Technology.

The session aims to explore emerging innovations in advanced construction materials, sustainable concrete technologies, and the future potential of 3D printable concrete in modern infrastructure development. The program will bring together academicians, researchers, and industry experts to discuss research directions, collaboration opportunities, and implementation strategies for developing a Centre of Excellence in this domain.

The event will feature expert guidance by Prof. Manu Santhanam, Surendra and Dorothie Shah Chair Professor, Department of Civil Engineering and Dean (IC&SR) at Indian Institute of Technology Madras. His insights will support knowledge exchange and strategic planning toward advancing concrete research and next-generation construction technologies.
