The Department of Psychology, REVA University, organized a 5-Day Online Faculty Development Program on “Qualitative Research in Social Sciences” from 12th to 16th May 2025. The FDP aimed to enhance faculty understanding of qualitative research methodologies, covering key areas such as ethnography, grounded theory, and narrative analysis. Led by experienced resource persons, the sessions provided valuable insights into the philosophical foundations and practical applications of qualitative research. The program fostered active engagement, academic dialogue, and critical thinking, enriching participants’ research skills and perspectives.
