About Webinar
Artificial Intelligence has grown to be very popular in today’s world. It is the simulation of natural intelligence in machines that are programmed to learn and mimic the actions of humans. Machine learning (ML) is a classical sub-discipline within Artificial Intelligence (AI). This discipline is increasingly used by many professions and industries to optimize processes and implement adaptive systems. Since AI is an efficient data processing system at its core, there’s a lot of potential for optimization everywhere. Since it has become a master with its applications, we will understand that how it is advancing dramatically in various fields in this programme.

Objectives are (a) to introduce the foundations and state-of-the-art techniques of AI/ML, (b) applications of AI/ML in various domains and impact of AI/ML in future technologies and (c) to bring in the practical insights into the current development of the field.
Outcomes
Understand complex ideas and relate them to specific situations, the ability to evaluate available learning methods and select those appropriate to solve a given task
Demonstrate awareness and a fundamental understanding of various applications of AIML techniques in health care, Security /privacy, IoT Edge Computing, Smart Buildings & Smart Solutions.
Use different machine learning techniques to design AI machines and enveloping applications for real-world problems.
Demonstrate an ability to share in discussions of artificial intelligence and machine learning, its current scope and limitations, and societal implications.

Session Report
The technical talk was hosted by Prof. Ravishankar, Assistant professor, School of ECE, and he welcomed the distinguished speaker and the participants. He welcomed other guests/participants who joined the session from outside.

Dr.R.C.Biradar, Director, School of ECE addressed the gathering and briefed about the session.

Mr. Dimitrios A. Karras, initally thanked our university for providing such a platform for discussion and interaction with the students/research scholars/faculty members. Then he started the session with AI, Neural Network, its tools for analysis, its applications with an example. The event came to an end with discussion of doubts with the students and resource person. Finally, the session ended with presidential remarks by Dr.R.C.Biradar, Director, School of ECE and  Vote of thanks delivered by Prof. Ravishankar ,Assistant professor,  School of ECE.
On behalf of School of ECE, We would like to thank our Director, School of ECE, Dr. R.C. Biradar for providing such a platform and for their constant support and guidance to conduct such events. We also thank all our ECE faculty members for the encouraging the students to attend the session.
