Event Details:
The School of Civil Engineering, REVA University-Bangalore had organized a webinar on the topic- Industry Oriented Career Opportunities and skill set for Civil Engineering students on 21st August 2021 from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. This event had a motive to impart knowledge on the out of curriculum context domains of civil engineering.

The main take away of this webinar were key fundamentals aspects of Career Opportunities of Civil Engineering students after graduation. There was overwhelming response for the webinar evident through 50 plus participants.

I. Objectives:
ï¶ The main objective of this webinar was to guide the Civil Engineering students about the job roles and opportunities which exists in the private sector once they complete their graduation/ post graduation.
ï¶ Both Undergaraduate and postgraduate students of Civil Engineering will acquire the basic knowledge on the various designations and roles and responsibilities of various posts in Civil Engineering.
ï¶ Based on graduation, various roles of Civil Engineer which are listed below were explained in the webinar.

• Drafting Engineer (Detailing Engineer)
