Research in Computing and Information Technology
The School of Computing and Information Technology, REVA University, has a strong focus on research and innovation in order to develop solutions for the problems faced by society, government and industry.
Our faculty members consist of 3 Professors, 6 Associate Professors, 12 Assistant Professors and 1 Teaching Associate. This includes 9 PhDs and 12 faculty members pursuing their research from various universities in thrust areas like Vehicular Communications, data analytics and machine learning, wireless sensor networks, networking, IoT, robotics, cyber security, cloud computing, image processing, bioinformatics etc. There are a total of 4 research scholars pursuing their Ph.D. from the School of Computing and Information Technology while 2 scholars have been awarded their Ph.D. degree. There are 20 labs with a total of 608 computing systems and a well-stocked school level library commonly used by CSE and C&IT schools.
