Five Days Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Professional Ethics” from 2nd to 6th August, 2021

School of Computer Science and Engineering is organizing a Five Days online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Professional Ethics from 2nd to 6th August, 2021. 

Target Audience:  Faculty members of UGC / AICTE recognized Universities and Engineering colleges from all over India.

About FDP:
The teaching fraternity who demonstrates ethics, morality and integrity will have fruitful career. They will help society better and make better the lives and liver of families and friends. Ethics is also important for those citizens who do not aspire to work in law enforcement. Where ethics are taken seriously, and people strive to make ethical decisions and actions, personal and professional success follows. Research often involves a great deal of cooperation and coordination among many different people in different disciplines and institutions, ethical standards promote the values that are essential to collaborative work, such as trust, accountability, mutual respect, and fairness. The present Faculty development programme highlights on the key aspects in the professional and personal ethics. 
Objectives of FDP:
a) To introduce professional Ethics and Human Values to the faculty 
b) To solve problems related to ethical dilemma, conflict of interest and knowledge about whistle blowing. 
c) To resolve the moral issues, ethics in teaching profession.
d) To support dedicated and devoted faculty members becoming inspiring and effective role models.
e) To make the faculty to understand consequences of plagiarism and how to carryout quality in research and follow ethics. 
f) To educate faculty on environmental ethics, computer ethics, corporate ethics, and business ethics.
g) To create ethical vision and achieve harmony in life by understanding the values from Ramayana and Mahabharata. 
h) To understand the implications of ethics in family, organisation, and society to stay with harmony and peace.
