Talk on opportunities in UK and Global for Data Science Professionals by Prof.Ronaldo
Ronaldo Menezes is a Prof essor of Data and Network Science and head of the computer science department at the University of Exeter. He moved to Exeter in August 2018 after 18 years at the Florida Institute of Technology. He has been a member of many organisations such as IEEE (Senior Member), ACM, SBC (Brazilian Computing Society). He served as an elected official for the ACM SIGAPP for nearly 6 years. He is a member of the steering committee of CompleNet, and a board member of NetSci Society. He is the co-editor-in-chief of the Applied Network Science Journal published by Springer Nature. Prof. Menezes directs theBioComplex Laboratoryin the University of Exeter focusing on research on Network Science (aka Complex Networks), Bio-Inspired Computing, Complex Systems and Human Dynamics. He has published more than140 peer-reviewed publications in these fields and has collaborated with more than 30 researchers worldwide.
About the Event:
A Technical talk organized by International Research and collaborations Director Dr.Pasupuleti Visweswara Rao in collaboration with School of CSE and C&IT Reva University. Talk was regarding Opportunities for Data Science professionals in UK and Globally.
Prof.Ronaldo also spoke Crime detection using machine learning which was helpful to our students in the final semester.

Students were interested to explore different universities in abroad.
