Eligibility Criteria

Passing in PUC /10+2 with Biology as compulsory subject. Scoring at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) from any recognized Board /Council or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there to.

B.Sc. Genetics, Microbiology & Chemistry is a three-year undergraduate programme that emphasises on studies related to the field of medicine, technology, engineering and chemical sciences. Students are introduced to bacteriology, virology, human genetics, biotechnology and other branches of chemistry during the the three-year programme. 

The programme has a wide scope in various life science domains like microbiology, chemical sciences and biomedical genetics, and the curriculum is designed to aid students for employability and higher studies. Students will be equipped with biological techniques to understand and manipulate the living cells to favour genetical and biological studies.
