There are over seven modules that would provide a wide and detailed knowledge of the world of Interior Design. Students will learn about the Role of an Interior designer, Basics of Interior Design, Colour theory, Wall, Floor and Ceiling Finishes, furniture and accessories, materials, soft furnishings and lighting. From current trends in Interior Design to choosing appropriate colour scheme for contemporary interiors, the certificate course covers it all.
By end of the course, the students will learn how to establish industry contacts, source materials, fabrics, furnishings and samples and even how to start their own design business. Students will also have a solid understanding of the basic design theories and principles used within interior design.
